I've participated in both multiplayer weekends thus far
On the first weekend I managed (Barely) to survive Silver Reaper to full extraction twice but I never recieved any commendation bonuses in the stor or on my Bioware Social entitlements page... I assumed that I had somehow failed to meet some condition required even though I was pretty sure I had not (and yes I had online feedback and sync enabled)

On the second weekend, I have promoted both Sentinel and Vangard classes Today, no change in entitlements or the online store. I checked to make sure that online feedback was enabled, I exited and re-wntered multiplayer as instructed by origin help... no change. So in accordance with the Origin help article I contacted a Live chat game advisor to help further with the issue they told me:
"Since this is an in-game issue please post to the forums and a moderator will assist you"

1. If you didnt get your commendation pack after operation goliath you should have talked with someone on live chat. That worked for me and got my commendation pack. (obviously its way too late for that now)
2. Packs arent awarded until tuesday as it says in the details for the event.

There are a dozen or so threads in multiplayer of people asking why they did not get their packs. Read the original posting and you will see that they get awarded on Tuesday - also you need the Online feedback feature activated.

Reading is fine and good when the packs show up like they're supposed to, I checked twice during the week after the first MP event, got nothing....posting that I had a problem does not constitute not having "Read... Read... Read..." the original instructions

No pack for Raptor weekend and CS sent me to sign up for a pogo account to register?!?!

I got the first 2 packs for Operation Goliath, but the pack for the individual Challenge from Operation Raptor is missing. And i did promote 2 Chars, i tried to check several times now, nothing happened. Any chance for us to still get them?

I promoted two characters for operation raptor too and I got nothing. I never would have promoted my chars if I knew I wasn't going to get my commendation. And I'm seeing that you're supposed to get the packs for this weekend's operation tomorrow, so we'll see.
