Seconded, that planets quests are so amazing I consider them the high point of the whole game

Grissom Academy for the awesome set piece battles in the atrium. Don't think there's been a fight yet with so many options on how to tackle it.
The shroud for the emotional impact. To a lesser extent...Rannoch. Not quite as awesome as the Shroud, probably because the sacrifice there joined late in ME2...never felt as connnected to Legion as I did Mordin. Wish we had more time with him.
Visually the moon on Palaven was pretty awesome. And I don't think I've hated a villain more than TIM during the Sanctuary mission, even if Miranda's father was a large driving force there. I was pumped to kick his arse on his base after that. I was actually very let down with how he died.

The one where you enter the Geth consensus and shooting bottles with Garrus.

The Genophage storyline. They did nearly everything right with that sequence.

My favorite mission is when I opened the Control Panel, went to Programs and Features, and uninstalled this travesty of a game.

It gets reinstalled if they fix the god awful endings and annoying bugs.

I actually really liked the Mission on Plaeven's moon. That's the most I've felt like I was actually on a battlefield, definitely in the Mass Effect games and probably in gaming in general.

Tuchanka and Ranncoh storywise, Tuchanka Bomb and Palaven's moon for feeling like an actual battlefield.

Tuchanka. So amazingly well done. If only Shepard could get the Mordin treatment I would be ecstatic.

I can't choose between my two favourite moments, both of which feel like the culmination of 3 games worth of brilliantly written characters and situations.
It's either curing The Genophage on Tuchanka, (Which was poignant and beautiful)
Or... having my Paragon Shepard lose all patience with the Quarians and go Renegade on their arses telling them that if they didn't stop trying to attack The Geth and stand their ships down NOW... she'd sit back and watch the Geth wipe them out... then when Legion died, *again* it was poignant and beautiful.
Man tears. Real Man Tears.
