 I know a couple of you have experienced this issue but I purchased a bunch of packs (SPECTRE) and did not receive my purchases. It did how ever take the points away from  account. This sucks and I hope someone could help me retrieve my points or at least actually receive my packs if anyone has some insight on what to do would be highly appreciated

 it happened to me once as well, my xbox froze during the transaction and i got nothing after restarting it while losing 160 points
