the health replenishment after a round finishes and getting rezzed by teammate is (fairly sure about the number, since i play vanguard =D):
bronze: +100% of max hp
silver: +60% of max hp
gold: +40% of max hp
when working as intended it will stop at ur max hp, and on occassion it can bug out and u will end up with 20-60% extra healths over ur max

Anyway: The ammount of granades per box seems to change. Not sure how exactly though. In games where I'm the only one using them I tend to get a complete refill on bronze, while it's usually 1 per box on higher difficulties. It might also take longer to refill but that just might be me needing them more.
Or 180 husks. With a team of only infiltrators. That'd be... interesting...

Not sure about the movement speed, but mobs definately have a quicker response/aim on Gold. A Cannibal starts to fire almost the instant he sees you. On Bronze you can dance in the face of 3 Cannibals and a Maruader and they have a hard time hitting you.

Lag can cause your hp to "look" as if it did not regenerate, but it actually did.
e.g. I might show 1/2 of a bar left, but in actuality I would have more, and the next time your take HP damage, it will update correctly. (I mention half specifically as it should regenerate to at least 1 bar even during a round, so this example most clearly demonstrates the problem)
