I bought a ditgal copy of the collector edition online a week ago and was delighted by all killing of bad guys and stuff. I thought to my self how cool this was. A few days pass and I go to play my game and discover to my surprise that I (my chacater in the game) can no longer make choices while I'm in a conversation with an other character. Instead it plays all of the other character's reasponses and I get what ever the end results are. In addition to this I can't talk to any of the non-important NPC. Now on top of that all the characters have black eyes and when I put mouse cursor over a character their name is shown in lower case letters with "bhm000cr" before their name. So if someone was named Chirs it would show to me as "bhm000crchris" and I wouldn't be able to talk to him.
Now I've unistalled and reistalled this game about five times and unpdated still no change. I have installed a different copy of the game and I changed my display setting. Nothing work. I turned to the folks at Boiware at the first sign of trouble and I'm still waiting. Which brings me to my main reason for being here. I'm calling on you, the interweb folk. many of time your people have came to the aid of the technologically impaired. This is really bugging me, like a rat chewing at my leg and I'm tied up and can't move. I'm not asking for you to cut me free, just give me the knife so I can cut the rope and stab that rat in the head.
If anyone know what is wrong please tell me. I spent money on this and I can't even enjoy it. So please, someone help me:crying:.
And please no smart ass remarks to how much I suck right now.
