Tactical Cloak Is Over Powered, And Needs Balancing.

Honestly i think Infiltrators damage boost from cloak is way to high,
Its crazy how fast you can kill compared to other classes. my Salarian Infiltrator has Tactical Cloak, Energy Drain, and Proximity Mine all maxed out with a Carnifex, and I can kill most things really easy compared to other classes i played with on Gold
Tactical cloak damage boost is GODLY. Not only do you have the damage boost, but your INVISIBLE and can shoot a free power without a cooldown being activated, and shoot all with the bonus.
The Damage boost from cloak works with powers too. It doesnt make sense that my Salarian infiltrators Energy Drain Does more damage than my Salarian Engineers Energy Drain.
What would happen if infiltrators get Incinerate, and use it with the cloak damage bonus? Tech GOD.
I think Bioware should lower Cloaks damage boost, and make it so that it only applies to weapons, because i really want to play Other classes, but the cloak damage boost while shooting a free power without a cooldown being activated, and still can shoot with the damage bonus is too good to pass up to play other classes.
Tactical Cloak needs serious balancing.

Salarian Infiltrators are DAMNED GOOD but not so good that they make other good classes (like Asari Adept or Human Vanguard) look bad. If you ask me, there are several abilities which could stand to be buffed, though... so many abilities in ME3 MP just counter-synergize with the other abilities in their class (such as the Human Sentinel's tech armor) or with teammates (see Chain Overload w/ any biotic), or just plain aren't very good (Concussive Shot, Incinerate)...

AR can be used equally efficient and grants a devastating barrage (gold phantoms? LAWLS)
Turians marksman with revenant? ever did that?
Asari adept speed runs?
Srsly tac cloak's only upside is that you get a short timed damage boost to all weapons, you still take damage, and more then soldiers, wont regen anything (love specop kits), enemys still can see you if you're careless etc

The ar rush stays alot longer then cloak and has a equal cd, i moreso believe the hardnened evoltuion or the shield evolution could use some tweaking, so that it actually benefits the soldier that has to stick their head out

Tactical Cloak should not allow the damage boost to transfer into powers, it should only transfer to weapon damage.
