you know there are people that spend 100's of dollars on the spectre packs. You know real money? If they want to fork over 600 bucks for ingame content they can get through gameplay let them.

No idea. I'm like N7 450 or something and I STILL don't even have an Asari Adept... and yet I keep drawing hundreds of krogan and turian solider cards as well as turian sentinals. WTF?! Maybe not hundreds but you get what I am saying.

Well, I can understand on PC as cheating is very easy there.

On console, even with buying ton of packs with real money, it seems irreal.

Spending hundreds is undoubtedly a bit excessive, however to some people a few hundred bucks isn't really an issue. I've spent say £50 on MSP in order to get some half-decent weapons, and in particular, the classes that I wanted to use (Asari Adept being the only one I'm missing now).

6300 MSP equates to just shy of 40 Spectre packs, which has a credit-cost of near as dammit 2.5m credits. Assuming I successfully played Silver games relentlessly and earnt 30,000 credits per match, taking 20 minutes, it would take me 80 Silver games to reach that level of credits. 80 Silver matches @ 20minutes a piece means I'd have to spend roughly 27 hours playing the game.

Personally, I value my time significantly higher than £50.00 per 27 hours, and being as I don't have limitless amounts of free time to actually play the game; I want to enjoy it when I get the chance. Also remember that without people spending actual money, EA/Bioware would have an awful lot less incentive to keep releasing weekly events, DLC etc.

It takes around 30 minutes to complete Gold for me, gaining me just over 1 spectre pack every 30 minutes. My job pays £16ph so really buying a few packs is better for me and actually saves me time and money.

1 Spectre pack costs about £1.30 no big deal.

Silver for me is under 15 minutes with Gold is closer to 15-20. Geth and grabs on Firebase White make things go very quickly. I've also never bought anything but Spectre Packs. I got the game at midnight on the 6th and haven't touched single player or another game since. I'm not in school right now but I still play less than 8 hours a day.

Wow, constantly beating Gold in 15-20mins is damn impressive tbh. You should give the SP a try though dude - aside from the ending, it's actually pretty spectacular

Gold should take approx 18-22 minutes if you're doing it correctly.

I agree completely. Its a matter of personal preference / available time / personal resources - 1600 bioware points = 10 spectre packs = 600k credits, gold runs net usually around 72k for 25 - 30 minutes ( if you do not have a fixed group - not counting tons of not succesfull runs ) - which equals roughly 4,3 hrs of nonstop farming or an average salary of 3,24 euros / hour.

Man the Asari Adept still eludes me too!  Gawd I want it, slumming it with it's lesser cousin human sentinel.  N7 186 so you've done a bit more work then me (3 characters promoted), I always get Turian Soldier and Human Vanguards.

Either insane amounts of time spent in Gold, or bought a lot of BW points.  Sitting on Paladin I and Wraith II at the moment.

99,9% of people with UltraRares at Level X are cheaters. Two Ultra Rares at Level X more like 99,99999% unless they spent tens of thousands of dollars on random Spectre Packs.

Could be lucky to be fair. I have only a couple of N7 weapons - a Saber III and a Scorpion V (wtf?). At this rate, I'll have a Scorpion X before I pull a BW/Paladin out of a pack .
