[D Block is 730]

  I've played since ME 1 (oddly enough, I still have those save files) and I've re-played the games multiple times. I went to import my character and it cannot find it. I've beaten Mass Effect 2, yet there's nothing to import. I have a Mass Effect 2 Character Importer file, not sure what that is. 

  It's gotten to the point where I actually might have to just import a custom save file. I'm playing the game without importing my character, and..it just doesn't seem right. I don't feel like I should advance until I get this problem fixed.

  What are my options? I had to transfer files from an old hard drive to the new X Box Slim, not sure what happened to the Mass Effect 2 files, to be honest.

I just sent you a PM, it may help. The ME2 gamesaves store the console and system IDs on them, if you changed systems or HDDs these IDs won't match your current console and the saves won't work.

Something similar happened to me, I have 5 ME2 campaign saved files (3 of them imported from ME1), and ME3 just recognizes 1 character of them and gives me the option to load 2 saved files from it.

I'm having the same problem. The files are there when I check my storage through the dashboard but ME3 is not detecting any saved characters at all. I've never used the cloud or changed my HDD/Xbox. The same HDD/Xbox has been in use since ME1.
