Another Drell Vanguard? Another Asari Adept? Still no Geth Infiltrator, Justicar, or Batarian Soldier.

You should not get Character Cards when those characters are already Maxed Out - this is a blatant rip - Curiously, it took allot of payouts to get those characters maxed out only to receive character cards (two per pack) with shocking regularity. Please fix this Bioware!

The loot/upgrade system in MP is complete balls. But really, I wouldn't expect Bioware to anything about it considering there isn't much to MP as it stands, and the random kits encourage players to come back and (potentially) waste copious amounts of time for nothing but repetitive gameplay.

1) You're encouraged to promote. It's more than just a power reset and N7 boost now. It's an actual reward that gives you something.
2) If it gave you enough credits, it would be an alternative to farming gold. Now instead of just farming the same mission over and over in gold, you'd have a reason to actually play the other modes.
...and finally...
3) Not having every class at level 20 means those character cards which give you tons of XP actually turn into credits later which you can in turn use to buy more packs. Your chance at getting the items is still the same per pack, but you're getting more opportunities by getting more packs.

I would like BioWare to give credits for promoting characters. This does 3 things:

With those character cards its just beyond annoying. It would be nice if you didn’t level up the whole class as you leveled up one character in that class. Why they did that I have no clue. Then those level up cards you get to often might be worth getting all the time.
You shouldn’t get a card you don’t need. For example:
-If you have a female human soldier with everything unlocked for it and you have it leveled up to level 20 then you shouldn’t get a level up card for that character. The in game system should automatically remove that card from the deck until you promote it and then need it.
The system is needs fixing to say the least. Its hard enough to get thing you want or need to get as it is.
The worse thing about this is that people are probably spending money on these packs to try and get the stuff they want. Talk about a waste of money. Its not like buying sports cards where you can trade or sell the ones you already have.

Also I have a question: if you have unlocked all the appearance options for your character, will you still get cards for that specific class and race combination?
E.g.
I have a Salarian Infiltrator and I have just got a Salarian Infiltrator card and that unlocked lights (or the last appearance unlock) for my SI's appearance. Will there still be a chance for me to unlock another Salarian Infiltrator card (Even though it's pointless; I don't think anyone really likes the XP given from the card + what do you get if it's lvl 20)?
If you do in fact still have a chance to unlock yet another character card for your already maxed out appearance character, that is stupid because then you are literally be gaining nothing and should be fixed.
It should be like the weapons where once you max it out, it cannot appear again in the unlock packs.

Or hell, I mentioned this in another thread, make some "Gold" (rare) equipment that is obscenely over powered but consumable.
Ex. Incendiary Ammo V that has the explosive effect of the final evolution from single player.
Give us something...anything that isn't the nothing that is the Salarian Infiltrator card for the 20th time.

Yes, you continue to get the cards at the same rate, hence the frustration from players.
I have gotten several of the character cards at least a dozen times since maxing the last appearance option.
