A) EA/BioWare want people playing/spending more to get their desired object.

The promoting system, people want quick XP and the cards give that too them.

I for one only require ultra-rares these days and lights for my Geth Engi, packs just giving me reset card everytime would be as dumb.

how much is more? I play since release every day , rank 1300, I got ONE javelin and ONE paladin, so do I have to play 9 times longer to max them?

Yeah i bought a resurgence pack which is 99000 credits and all i got was upgrades for 2 weapons so they where both level 2 now and some medi gel, cobras. I aslo bought another one that leveled my batarian up 4 levels and gave me a secondary color which is not worth 99000 credits

I agree when you get all the colors/lights/skin tone, for all the characters they should just go away and give you more equipment instead.

Bought a specter pack with a Krogan Sentinel as my "rare" unlock. Complete and utter crap since I already have him @ lvl 20 and with all the appearances.

Bioware, fix it.

totally agree , only so many useless cards you can take with hard earnt credits or in some peoples case real monies, one point I would like to raise with everyone , NOTICE HOW THEY LIMITED THE RESET POWERS CARDS TO 3, something that I could use. But that would make to much sense wouldn't it ?

Bump, after spending 3.2 million credits with just 2 weapon upgrades and the rest cards I didn't need. I'm not spending anymore credits except maybe recruit packs for medi-gels until they at least address this issue.

Continuously getting useless CC are getting annoying, especially if those characters and classes are both maxed. So I wholeheartedly agree on this.

Agreed - It's within Bioware/EA's capacity to monitor the players inventory. Its done with Weapons and "Reset Powers" cards. Right now excessive "Player Cards" simply reduce the player reward system - worse is the case of expense in MS points for items of ZERO value.

Agreed. Once character has all customizations unlocked they should be removed from the packs.

The funny thing is: I think there would actually be more people willing to buy packs for money/BW points if they knew for sure they would actually get something they don't have yet in return instead of risking that they get another character card they don't even need.

Lol honestly, I haven't played for days, speaking of Blizzard I just got back into SC2 and waiting for Diablo 3 so the fact that this is still an issue is keeping me away, so many games that so many friends want me to play it just becomes an issue of priorities and who is satisfying the fans more I guess.

I take longer development time, better balancing and fast fixes any time over a rushed game, poor PC controls and graphics, no bugfixes in weeks (not even the major ones that re in there since the demo) and a crappy ending to be honest. That's why Blizzard is making a ****load of money with PC only while other companies *cough* EA *cough* have to use things like day 1 dlc, online passes and/or another fast sequel to make money. And if it doesn't sell well it's because of piracy - not because the game sucks, lacks quality or forces additional software on you...

Yea the amount of experience awarded from the character cards Is trivial. Not to mention, experience Is easy to earn. Such a waste to get the same character cards out of your hard earned credits.
