I guess I am in the minority that wants MORE character cards. I am getting frustrated with the store system not giving me a geth engineer or batarian soldier.

this thread is about when you already have all the characters ... the idea is to stop getting them because 100k exp is a terrible excuse to lower weapon drop rates.

Increase ultra rare drops to 10% once you've maxed everything else.

Give people equipment and power reset cards instead of character cards if their characters are maxed out and level 20.

Please fix the crappy store.

Or maybe separate it into a pack that only gives characters

Agree, character cards are useless once you have all the appearance upgrade. After you max out everything else with packs (weapons, load-out quantity, weapon mods) and the ultra rare weapons are the only things you have left to get then you should get them, like a reward for playing so much to get to that point.

I haven't been able to get my hands on a Sniper Concentration mod. I'm guessing it is because of the character cards. I am missing like 5 gun mods at max.

To don my tin foil hat for a sec... It's probably an intended system so that players take way longer to max items and feel pressured into paying real money for upgrades. Like all shifty schemes, they won't comment or explain on this as long as people are still paying money for packs. Admitting to this failure feature is also going to shoot themselves in the foot as people have already spent money and would feel cheated if this got fixed at a later date.

In short, it will never be fixed and it will never be commented on by bioware.

over the last week i've managed to get

5 ranks Batarian Sentinal
5 ranks Geth Infiltrator
4 ranks on Batarian soldier
3 ranks Asari vanguard
2 ranks geth engineer
1 rank salarian engineer

not to mention countless cards for the Batarian Sentinal and Geth infiltrator after cap...

I just want something aside from character cards. hell even medigel or armour upgrades, whatever just anything else.

i honestly support putting the character cards in their own store, so you can buy what you want and know you'll get it.

I can understand making weapons a random thing so they'll remain special and make you happy when you finally get that gun you wanted, but don't lock people out of playing how they want to play.

Somehow the last character I managed to need and unlock was the drell adept. I had all the new characters and all multiple times before it... I even managed to get the Asari Justicar and Geth Infiltrator both in the same packs three resurgence packs in a row.. Character cards suck..

I have money I am willing to spend but I know if I lay down a nice $20 I will probably end up with nothing but character cards. I have about 5 more weapon mods to max and still have not seen the sniper concentration mod. My Raptor X is crying right now.

Character cards need to be taken out when you've maxed out their appearances.

There's no concentration mod in MP, silly; the key benefit of that mod is time dilation!

All cards received should add something to your inventory or manifest as i guess they're calling it. Cards for maxed out items or characters should be redealt. Even if it means getting ammo and supplies most of the time at least I can use those.

Not sure if you just don't read or what but as multiple people have stated, there is no sniper concentration mod in mp...

This needs to stay at the top till the character cards are fixed. I cut down my play time by about 95% ever since I saved up about1.8 million credits last week and bought around 30 spec packs got no N7 and only 1 character card of any worth which was my Geth Infiltrator since it does not have max appearance yet.

N7 is too rare and I at least want items instead of Character cards something is better than nothing... but to get 29 packs with 3-4 worthless cards at 60k each all but killed my desire to play. I think I have less the 10 N7s and I'm sure I have spent 10s of millions of credits since the game came out.
