AGREE.
I don't want to be forced to promote all six classes just to avoid useless XP cards.
With the exception of the N7 Weekend Ops, I've only gotten one weapon upgrade in the past few weeks.
It's very difficult remaining interested in MP when I know at this rate it's gonna take years to get the rest of the weapons, especially if you add more to the system later.

it's there way of trying to keep you playing but really doesn't help because inless ur in a leaderboards postion there really no over reason to keep playing the game really.

Yeah last weekend I saved up and bought a butt load of the Jumbo Spectre Packs, and got nothing but the not so rare respec and training cards, I had 30 respec now down to 3.
Training cards should be given out when that class is promoted, and probably lesson on the N7 rating, or when all classes are maxed out to 20.

As much as I agree with this idea it is not going to happen. Bioware does not want players to sit at level 20 they want you to promote those characters and start over. They also do not want people to max out their weapons too fast because then they will lose interest.

one change i would suggest: if they don't want to change the packs, ok, fine. they don't want us buying individual weapons, i can understand that. make the upgrades selectable (ie - Sniper Rifle Upgrade Card). this way we can at least choose which weapon we want to have upgraded.
i purchased a PSP just before work with about 4 hours left on the timer. i got a rare SMG upgrade that i have NEVER used and a rare shotgun upgrade that i have NEVER used. with the upgrade card idea, at least i could have made the purchase worthwhile and upgraded something i do actually use and would feel that the PSP was not a worthless purchase.
