You could buy Sam a toothbrush for 6000 credits but that would only buy the Fancy Toothbrush I, upgrading it to the Fancy Toothbrush IV would take a lot more money. If you wanted the Fancy Toothbrush X then you'd have to upgrade it in another playthrough.
