1.last upgrade of inc. round - Explosive blast. did that 150 blast
damage stack with main bullet damage that cause on main target that
bulluet hit? if it did, so whats more powerful for DMG per shot
between +10 DMG or blast
2.when my weight penalty reach
+200% and im use fortification/barrier/Def matrix. will my cooldown
will go beyond +200%? or it will max as 200.
3.weapon damage
parameter. in powerful gun like claymore or widow that have damage bar
alomost at max (90% of parameter or more). and when im use high caliber
barrel mod 5 (25%), did the gun actual damage will goes beyond that
parameter? or its will limited at 100% of parameter.
4.need explaination about different between -armor ignore- and -armor weaken- property, and how it work.
got some questions about incen round/ weight/weapon parameter

Um, okay...It's a little hard to understand what you're asking in some places. As for 2, using something like say, Tech armor, where it reduces power usage by 80% while you have a +200% recharge speed from weapon weight would not go above +200%. The armor adds penalties, not bonuses. So your recharge time is slowed by the armor power.
As for 4:
- Armor Ignore
Basically, let's say you have 50% armor ignore, and you're shooting a guy with 100 health, 100 Armor, and your bullet does 50 points of damage. 25 points would hit the armor like normal, but the other 25 points go straight to health.
- Armor Weaken
A higher armor weakening rating will mean that you do more damage against armor.
As for 4:
