I am starting to work on this project again.  Applying some new skills and cleaning up old content.  I have also learned quite a bit about walkmesh with the new placeable ramps.  Check it out if you are interested in Dragonlance or Custom Content.

I've been adding some new screens on the project.  I just put up a new one of my stream system.  It's a combination of placeable water features and stock NWN2 water.  It has a pretty nice in game result.

I left a comment on your blog about this. The waterfall at the solace bridge looks amazing. Did you do that?

Everything looks great, really. The vallenwoods are fantastic and the way you made the walkways and everything is amazing. Just the way I imagined it would be!

How are you going to do draconians?

we have draconians. look up the dragonkin hak. I tried one on a pw, the heads are amazing.

I did every placeable on there with the exception of a few placeholders. The waterfall under the bridge actually changed a bit... hopefully for the better. The Vallenwoods have really been coming out nicely. They need some work as far as texturing goes, but the pieces allow for alot of customization.

As far as Draconians go, I don't have any plans for that right now because I chose a timeframe before they were reaaly prevelant. I will give them a go eventually, but they are really far down the list right now.

looks really nice. personally i would add some splash vfx at the stones and bridge columns where the water breakes to enhance the atmosphere.

I'm working on some placeable effects for those thing. I am trying to limit the number of vfx since they are so costly. Solace is a big area overall, especially with the top and bottom sections together. So far though I have been sticking to low poly models and a relatively short clipping distance and I am getting good frame rates and load times. Here's hoping it stays that way. I hadn't really thought about the bridge columns too much. I was just starting to think what a difference a nice effect could make there and then I remembered. I replaced that bridge with my own and it has no columns. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Holy crap, that looks amazing...you're really pushing the engine to a level of detail I haven't seen before. Thanks for taking the time to make videos and share them with us. Truly inspiring.

WHOA! Those vallenwoods and the walkways! My God! Dare I ask, once you release your mod, will you authorize use of your custom placeables? I am sure than lots of modders would like to incorporate them into their work.

Not to mention learning from your walkmesh work. That's something I always try to push the boundaries on, but frequently find myself defaulting back to "what I know" rather than "what I want."

As far as releasing the content... absolutely, but I hope to do that before my mod is completed. Basically, after I finish building Solace, I will release all of the content. You are free to do with it what you will. I would just like credit. As far as the water and walkmesh go, I have been thinking about making some tutorials and I think I will do that. There is some good info here to be passed out to the community. I think I should have some time for that this weekend.
