I'm more angry at BioWare. That's all three ME games where they've hired at least one horrible VA for no apparent reason whatsoever.

ME1: Whoever voiced Benezia; the low point of VA in any game I've played.

ME2: Miranda was voiced by Microsoft Sa - I mean, Yvonne Strahovski. I didn't like you in Chuck and I don't like you in my video games.

ME3: Chobot. Boring.

I don't want big names in my video games, BioWare, I want quality VA.

Wait you think Marina Sirtis was bad? She did a great job IMO same with Yvonne and Jessica IMO.

I hated Chobot before I learned she was from IGN.

However, her latest blog just seals the deal. I'm going to model Indiana Jones and mod him into my game, just so he can punch her out the airlock.

Well i disagree regarding Marina Sirtis & Yvonne Strhaovski who are both excellent actresses whose work i found to be top notch.

I am not even dissatisfied with her performance, it just makes no sense to scrap Emily Wong & Khalisah al-Jelani in favor of her and not model Tali's face, but a full body for her.

After her latest blog post where she admits she still hasn't finished Mass Effect 3 before once again calling everyone who doesn't like the ending "entitled whiners," well she hasn't grown on me put it that way. She is neither endearing or pleasant.

I never had a problem with Miranda and her voice, but Sirtis really wasn't that dood in ME1 (and the fight itself was also...well not good, but that is another story.

In fairness, I didn't think she was that bad. Certainly not deserving the hate that some people seem intent on directing at her. But hey, since when has that stopped anyone on the internet, right?

Babsolutly?  Also, she says she plans on romancing Allers on her playthrough.  I take back all my defence of her.

I can't say that, given the opportunity she was given, I'd do any better. I can't say that I'd turn it down, either. I say, lucky her.

I couldn't disagree more with this post. Marina Sirtis did an excellent job as Benezia, same goes for Yvonne. Both put in hard work and emotion into those roles.Play the games again.


As for feeling sorry for Chobot, I think she already knew her portrayal in the game wouldn't be a top tier level. She's just a reporter, only worth 5 war assests, can be ignored altogether, or thrown off the ship at any time, etc. I think Chobot was well aware of these facts.

Agreed. Saw Miranda's death scene from ME3 the other day - very well done.
