I have purchased my copy from EA games today. When I came to website to register my copy of the game it says "code is not valid for the game". I have installed it fine and installer has accepted this code as valid, is there something I am doing wrong? Anyone else had that problem?

Also I tried entering my code for Shale and got a strange message. At the top of the box it said in red "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly" and then straight under it in green "Code Succesffully redeemed"!!



When I tried to download Shale in game it doesn't work it looks like code is not there yet.



Help!!!!
