Destroy, it's what I set out to do.
Plus, the Geth and EDI die because the Starchild said they would? Eff that. I'll take my chances, they'd understand.
So which ending did a majority of you choose?

Destroy!!! I do not want to "overwrite" the galaxy with a new green DNA or give the Illusive Man right with the blue ending.

I let Marauder Shields kill me and decided that was the end.
It was for the best.

There was no thinking for me. Anderson said: "you did good, son/child." That was it for me, destroy is the only option I intended for Reapers from ME 1, so I went on the right. Also, in that ending, Shepard regains his/her strength somehow and fires with resolve and clearness on the blasted thing. Destroy all the way although all endings suck tbh.

I pondered for about 5 seconds before heading towards destroy.
I came too far and lost too many to lose sight of what this was all about, stopping the reapers. Not controlling them (especially since I just told TIM that we weren't ready for such a thing and then shot him), not some. . . strange mystical fusion. Stopping the reapers.
Then the credits starting rolling and I was like: "Wait. . . what?! That's it?"

Destroy.
And I still considered that ending giving up.
Green and Blue were just downright humiliating.
I cant understand why they would drag our hero through the dirt like that. And for what?
A little shock value at the expense of story telling disaster?
Story telling has rules and guidelines. whatever you do after raping them cant have the artistic value you seek, because it's like you're cheating.

In terms of how I feel my game ended, my Shepard died from her injuries alongside her friend Anderson. The StarChild stuff all happened in her head, so none of the 'choices' had any bearing on anything. She chose synthesis because she wanted to end her life feeling at one with the universe
.
If I have to think of the Catalyst stuff as being literal, then I would have gone with destroy. Even though murdering the race for whose self-determination I had fought, seems deeply wrong.
