Mass effect 3 Achievment Issue(Not Normal One)

I have an Issue On mass effect 3 where The In-game Achievment Progress Checker has reset and On the Xbox It doesnt Show Any Achievement( Locked and Unlocke), It just Says Unlocked Achievments will be Shown here,Etc. I can only view my Mass Effect 3 Achievments on Xbox.com. Is This Normal?
