I downloaded Warden's Keep a few days ago. I finished the Warden's Keep quest and stored a bunch of my stuff in the storage chest in Warden's Keep. I traveled back several times without any problem.

However, when I loaded my game today and went to my map Warden's Keep has disappeared. It no longer shows up on the map. It is listed in the DLC as Enabled and downloaded. The Stone Prisoner and Dragon Blood Armor are both still available in game, it is just Warden's Keep that has disappeared.

Please help!

Any help or suggestions here? This is very frustrating as I would like to get to the stored I purchased in Warden's Keep.

Yeah, similar frustration on this end..... Looks like this DLC got reset for some reason. My completed quests still reflect them being complete. But now Levi is back at the Party Camp complete with quest dialog like I never did it. So I humored the game and accepted. The Peak/Keep Icon is back on the map! But...it's reset, no merchants, no storage. I go through the Keep up to the bridge to the Tower without encountering any enemies or loot (presumably cause it recognizes I killed them so no extra XP)...through the door and....warped back to beginning with Levi's cutscene playing. Another run through to the Tower and no luck. No Avernnus, no Demon.,,,

Anybody else got a clue?

I had this happen too...I looked for a while on the forums and found that quite a few people had DLC stuff disappear. So I downloaded the patch 1.02 and had to reload from the last save spot that had Warden's Keep in it. This made me lose about 20 hours of game time....sucks, but at least I know a better way to approach the encounters now and can rush through the dialog.

___I would appreciate a support response back from BioWare____

I paid for the additional Warden's Keep content and now have NO WAY to access it. This is very frustrating.

I have the same problem on one of my games, Warden's Peak has disappeared. It is showing up just fine for my other characters.

It and some of my main weapons with hard earned runes just disappeared for me too. The DLC is on but the map location doesn't show up in the game.

Happened here too. Talked to Levi, and gotten the Warden's Keep. So, nice. I'll save, go to bed, and do it tomorrow (Sunday).

Loaded the save game... and no Warden's Keep on the map, and no Levi in the camp. I had to go back to my pre-camp save. It didn't cost me anything because I save often, but it's frustrating.

As far as I can tell, it's not dependent on a specific character or save but randomly fails to activate when the game starts. Exiting and restarting should cause it to be re-enabled (eventually, anyway). I'm now in the habit of checking my map, quest log and inventory every time I launch DA:O to make sure it's actually loaded, which is a pain.

And it is rather bad form that EA won't respond. I guess it's a case of "we've got your money now, so tough luck".

The Stone Prisoner DLC is broken now too. When I talk to Shale in camp I am teleported to a broken environment (dark dome) and get the "activate shale" dialog which does nothing much.

This official post (http://social.biowar...58/index/294757) does describe my symptomps but my  product key is registered and it shows up.
Too bad I can't post to that thread. I'll just spam this one [smilie]../../../../images/forum/emoticons/wink.png[/smilie]

You may very well be right, but I hope not...

It would be quite an inconvenience to always check DLC-validity. The only way to do so is online, which would mean that DA:O+DLC would become unplayable randomly, when no internet is available.

That's just plain stupid. If this stuff doesn't get fixed, Warden's Keep is the first and only DLC I will ever buy (from any company).

Wow, this just happened to me. Shale and Soldier's Peak quests are reset. Levi is at my camp; the Honnleath icon on the world map has the new-area sparkle effect.

I had been suspicious all along that the DLC system looks like bad news. Boy, was I right. Naturally, all my hard-earned items in the storage chest are gone, gone, gone.

I checked my CD key and it's there; I also verified it weeks ago when I installed.

There are previous saves which are not corrupted. In case it might be relevant, I lost the DLC state immediately after entering Arl of Denerim's Estate - Dungeon. Once lost, it stays lost.

Using version 1.02a.

Curious, my last good save is also in the Arl of Denerim's Estate. I'll check if I can repeat the potential bug once I have time to play again.

I haven't encountered this issue yet, but have you tried disabling the DLC, loading the game, saving, then enabling the DLC again? Worked for me when my Blood Dragon armor disappeared at the end of the Dwarf Noble origin.

wardens keep just disappeared for me to, and it took me weeks to get to work in the first place. Bioware and EA refuse to help. Its got me so mad I can't even imagine buying another one of the pieces of crap after this treatment.

Not to mention I had a bunch of stuff stored in the party chest.

It's one thing if the game is bugged, it's another to refuse to help or acknowledge the problem

The issue is a blank DLC progress state getting recorded into the save game file. Once it gets in there, I am pretty sure there is no hope for recovery. The only option is to find an uncorrupted older save.

For DLCs which are just items, the situation is simpler -- either you have them or you don't. DLC items can be inserted into any saved game. But your progress through a DLC adventure is only saved locally, so the server has nothing to "insert" which could fix the saved game.

These are just my initial guesses; I don't know for sure.

It's really annoying (not to mention very invasive and very prone to errors) the way they constantly do online checks to verify validity. And the worst part is there's absolutely no reason they had to do it that way. You either bought the damn thing or you didn't. They could easily store the permissions permanently on the users own computer. I haven't had any of these bugs happen to me yet but I get error messages that Bioware isn't ably to do xyz on the website just about every session and that pisses me off. What in the hell are they doing spending so much time transmitting info from my computer to their website, in a single-player game? That's just bad programming and it was bound to cause problems.

Ok, I just noticed that I've been hit by this. And the last save I have where the DLC isn't reset is hours and hours and hours ago. No way I'm replaying all of that.

Try resetting your camp through the console, see here:

No this doesn't work, we don't want them reset, we want them back. We already did both quests and suddenly they're been reset and we have to do them again. If we simply wanted to remove them entirely and then add them back from the start. We could just uncheck the mods, force load, save and then check them again and they're back to state 0. But we don't think we should have to do this again.
