This is something that I've just now noticed. You know that 3rd outfit you get for your squad mates? The one that comes with the day 1 DLC?
Well, when I choose Ashley's 'bat-girl' outfit with her eye mask it doesn't show up in the game. I can see it when I'm picking my squad, but it's not there when I pick my squad load-out before a mission, or during the missions. It just goes back to her default out-fit.
Everyone else's works fine.
