Translate this to a game.Yes, its interactive.  For now we ignore the age rating games have.  What is worse, a children playing to kill people with all sorts of weaponry(with green blood if you want), or seeing a nude human taking a shower in a not interactive scene?

The response, I think, is the same as the above examples.Said that, as with movies and books, responsibility to ensure their children dont see/hear/etc  anything bad for them, is for the parents. So, parents out here, USE THE DAMN AGE RATING WHEN BUYING OR LETTING PLAY GAMES OR MOVIES FOR YOUR CHILDRENS. Like movies, in games there is some for children, some for teenages, and some for adults.



P.D:About country etc and all that, internet, has a strenght, as it makes people from diferent nations closer, not that distant "american" "spanish" or "whatever nation one is born".  I say that , for two reasons...first, the strange asumption that all posters in this forum are from and know all the inner specifics of the United States, and second, wtf are you talking about right or left, if your right or left are the same minus three things !!!!!!

Children being used to death are growing up as masculine, mature, strong beings not afraid of life. Those who are watching nude pictures are weaklings who want to lick their mothers (and mothers want that too). That is disgusting.

I personally don't but your views don't exactly help to disprove that view. Back on-topic however, it feels as though the FemSheps got screwed over in regards to romance. No thane, no jacob and This scene. They could have just done what they did with Liara and shade out Traynor's 'usb port'.

Exactly - somethings are just not for children. The thing about video games is that they are still seen as "Childrens Toys" so there is always  going to be outcry about it by "Concerned Parents  Groups." Of course if these parents groups were so concern they would focus more on teaching young parents how to  be responsible instead of sitting on TV talking out their  asses.  

I just had to this past mothers day - sit and talk  to my 12 year old second cousin about  his views  of "Only  the women do the cooking"  something that he picked from his father who did not help the fact of letting  a 12 yr old listen to Kevin Hart stand up.

yeah but fem sheps LIs also got sub par treatment I mean you knew thane was gonna die and jacob I always hated him but the traynor romance was pretty good actually could`ve used more dialogue but the romance scene couldve been done better but thats all right

"Hey, wanna take a shower in my bathroom, woman I just met?" If I were Traynor I'd be a little weirded out that a complete stranger was offering for me to get naked and wet in their private quarters.

Maybe I'm just paranoid. But I did find it ridiculous that she was wearing her underwear. Seriously? America is just stupid when it comes to sex.

it's because you see liara's butt for a 10th of a second again.

interestingly enough, when somone modded the camera to further wider shots the love scene, liara is indeed completely naked and not with painted on undies...

and they can somehow avoid " too much"

yet cant in other scenes.

hell the shower scene alone is funny, there is the classic film tricks of bare hip, stomace, bare calves, bare back or shoulders, more than enough to suggest without showing, .

I don't care much, though the " lol, nobody does that" did cross my mind and made me laugh slightly on the inside.

I've only romances Liara through the entire trilogy.....so when my buddy told me that Ashley and Traynor wear lingerie in their scenes, I was just like "wtf? Liara is always naked with me!" Lol

We determined that it was because Liara was blue and alien, therefore and can't be construed as "too realistic" and that the general public would know that there's no such thing as a sexy blue alien, so its fake and harmless...and the human characters are clothed because they are more related to real life....

Either way its stupid.....they could absolutely have done tasteful camera angles showing no nudity, yet also making it obvious that the character is naked....cable television does it all the time....MTV is basically soft-core porn. And that's all kids watch when they get out of school....the youth of this country has been tainted a long while now, yet certain news outlets blame videogames all of the sudden

To be honest, it looks rather dumb (especially if you play as femshep) that Liara is naked in her romance scene, but Shepard isn´t.

What baffles me even more is the fact that the scene in the shower already uses tasteful camera angles - you never get a full-on bra shot, which would seem to indicate full nudity was intended. To me this would suggest that Nyoka above is correct - they've simply used the same bra-clad model for all human females, whereas Liara's is separate.
