Surely you jest. I have nothing against Chobot (and didn't know of her existence until ME3), but everything I've seen of her from EPIC FURDUHWIN to her apparent writing ability just causes me immense amounts of secondhand embarrassment.

I'd try more like 5%?  It might seem that the majority believe they are entitled to a different ending, but you're on an internet forum.  Plenty of people play the game and are happy with it and feel no need to cry about it online.

And you'll notice the relative lack of people coming on saying how much they loved everythign as happened with ME1/ME2 however...

You'll notice the results of pretty much every poll on any site generally showing the same 85-90% dislike for the ending, that sort of bias and consistency is highly indicative that it's not a tiny minority.

Then there's also the whole 80/20 theory, where 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers. It's a pretty established business fact, it'd be hard to deny that it's a majority if that 20% here that's honked off given that those are typically the most vocal.

As the paying customers, you can call them entitled or not, that's who matters in the end.

Maybe so.  But anyone who thinks more than 5% are actually going to cry all day everyday for a month, send petitions, moan about entitlement, death threat the moderators and generally act like 5 year olds that had their toys took away from them, is also a fool. 

Most people get over it.  It's a videogame.

People are using the word 'entitled' so much that for them it has lost all meaning and they are now just using it as a mild insult. (case in point)

Why do you continuously bring up the death threat thing?  Because one or two nutjobs who obviously need help made those kind of remarks, you're associating it in EVERY POST OF YOURS to the tens of thousands against the ending who didn't say anything of the sort?

You lose any validity in your argument when you attribute an isolated comment made by one or two individuals to a large group of individuals.

man id be delirious if i was in mass effect, id be telling you all to play the game rather than use a 2 week old argument calling fans whiners and entitlers...not the smartest move to make and kinda puts alot in perspective. just another smug arrogant person thinking we had the game bought for us by parents rather than us having a life/job and buying the game for ourselves.
