I've played through twice, but it takes a whole different mindset.  If you are going to play it again, do it for the gameplay and for the "moments" and interactions between characters that make the game so memorable.  Don't do it to make different choices hoping for a different result (which is why I replayed the other two games so many times).

Yes, that what I'm looking for and why I plan to stop playing once I get to the final location.

Yes, if only to see the alternative paths for each characters "big scene" - was worth it particularly for Mordin and Tali.

I'm coming up on the end on my second playthrough. Satisfied with the ending, except for the bit with the Normandy after the relays are destroyed. Should have had more, or just stopped at the destruction.

Yep, finished my 2nd playthrough last evening, god I love that game. Even the ending doesn't bother me too much because I believe in the indoc theory

As much as I love the first game, your choices didn't have any real impact. Don't know why you would play through it again for a different result when almost anything stayed the same, no matter what you chose

You're missing his point.  A story is not just the conclusion, how you get there is just as important.  The decision over which way to go with Mordin is just as emotionally impactful as the ending (if not more so).

True for stories in traditional media, but in interactive fiction, the concept of choices that have consequences makes up a large part of the appeal.  Or else the game is just an interactive movie, and those I tend to find boring.

Finished it once and would love to play through again multiple times more but I just can't bring myself to 'experience' the horrible ending again.

Played the MP for a while but it gets boring really quick.

I put the game on hold indefinitely until Bioware hopefully fixes the ending. Until then, I watch my favorite ingame moments (for instance the Rannoch mission(s) with Tali as LI) on YouTube.

If you've played through Mordin's arc both ways and are still bored, then I suspect nothing will move you.

I made a renegade playthrough, then a paragon one. I plan to do another one to see what happens when I make all the wrong choices.

Nope. Will not touch MP, will not touch SP. Will not touch another EA or Bioware game at the moment...

What is the point? They don't really care about anything except your wallet.... The ending as it is makes replaying Mass Effect worthless....

i completed 1 play-thru of me 3. I played engineer and adapt to get a feel for those classes, but i won't be playing in the me universe any more. the ending ruined the whole series for me.

No, I'm not touching it again until this ending DLC comes out, even then I'm torn between just reloading my save prior to the ending or doing an NG+ I'm jaded enough by this point, knowing nothing I do ever matters ingame...

No, I don't seem to want to. Which is annoying because I enjoyed it until the end. But why bother trying to get the "perfect" ending when it's really no different than any of the others?
Maybe if the DLC makes the ending less depressing.
