Yep.

I don't want a new ending. I want Bioware to go back in time and make an ending that didn't suck. As it is, the ending sucked and unfortunately this sort of thing happens. A new ending would be nice, but it won't make up for how bad it was to begin with

I just played through ME2 again, and the end, the fact i could jump up and down and scream 'yeeeaaah' at kicking the Collecters back, just means that ME3 will never be replayed again. That is where Shep ends for me..I want an ending i can be joyful at, not one that serves me more questions than answers.

The day I'm over it is the day that Bioware can kiss goodbye to any more of my money.

Getting there. But the moment I stop being angry about it, is the moment I will no longer care for anything Mass Effect. And that sucks.

this, when I'm over it I'll probably trade in my ME stuff and just not care about bioware games in general anymore.

I still haven't started a second playthrough, because the ending makes the rest of the series meaningless. It is really terrible, I have played ME1 and 2 countless times, often even with the same character, LI etc. just because it was fun, but now I don't even want to play ME1 and 2 anymore. I rather play Crusader Kings II at the moment.

Perhaps if they really change the ending (which I still don't believe they will), I might start a complete playthrough again, but as for now I really have no motivation. If I keep this up, I will probably waste more time complaining about the ending, than I have actual spent playing the game, but I just like the series to much, to give it up yet.

I'm not upset anymore. I'm over it to the point that I'm OVER Bioware unless they make some satisfactory changes to ME3 ending. That's not a threat it's just true. While parts of DA2 were great...it left a sour taste in my mouth, Awakenings was a slight let down. And in all actuality the RPG stripping from ME2 made me peeved, but the overall game excellence made me let it slide. I can forgive all the little combined and obvious shortcuts in ME3 because of the quality of the big things, but the end.....meh. So sad...... My sig says it all.

Ok, well let me spell it out then...admitting you're over it and don't care anymore, especially before BioWare makes any announcement on what's next, removes fuel from the fire for those that would like to see things end on a better note.

You've got real issues if you think attacking people on the merit of not being able to "use them as your tool" to get what you want is effective.  The entire point of the protest is people banding together under the premise of having negative reactions to the ending.  If someone decides that they don't care enough or that they like the ending, then so be it.  That's not to say that I don't want a better ending, in fact, I'm all for it.  But I'm completely against bashing someone else on their opinion or the fact that (God forbid!) they get over it.

And so the movement ends, not with a cataclysmic bang but with a soft drone of acceptance.

Sad really.

I don't think it's over at all, now it's the calm before the storm. I can see the flame sparking after PAX.

I stopped caring awhile back, but the forum was entertaining ... Now that everything is slowing down a little I need something new to do.

Hard for me really. My room is filled with a bunch of Mass effect lithographs, now they are bitter reminders.

It really is like a bad breakup lol

I'm honestly not okay with it.

I had a Shepard who was going to help Tali build a home.
I had a Shepard who wanted little blue babies.
I had a Shepard who was a egomanic, and wanted to live to see a huge statue of himself on the Citadel.
And I have many others that all wanted something too.

I could accept the ending if at least one my Shepards got what they wanted. But no. None of them did. It's not even a bittersweet ending. It's just depressing.

Nope. Not over it yet. If they don't announce anything at PAX or if its closure text box DLC that's when I will give up.

Mass Effect means to much to me to just forget it after just a month. If what they tell us on PAX is a load of BS. Then I will just hide away the games in a box somewhere and try to forget the series ever existed, which is hard as it is a great series with 5 minutes that destroys it all. I wish I could not care as much about the ending, but it haunts me when I try to play the games, lost all interest in the series as nothing I do seems to really matter in the end.

Yeah, I still hate the endings, but I don't see much point in pushing for new ones, because unless they have some sort of epiphany, it's still the same people who thought the ending was good in the fist place.

In a way. The fact that I went through the entire KOTOR 2 cut content ending drama probably "prepared" me for this well. Yeah different devs and reasons and all, but in the end I just focus on the great 40+ hours that come before the crappy ending.

Not done with it. The point is, the moment we back away is not a moment where we or Bioware wins. It will be the moment where we both loose. Bioware loosing some customers and former fans loosing a developer they once loved. I am not going to give up on that easily.

The problem is folks who are blowing things way out of proportion.

If one doesn't like the ending sequences, talk about it, give BioWare an objective and detailed feedback, and that's it. It's absolutely uncalled for to pick the game apart at everything else. The game DOES NOT suck. It's actually very well made in all aspects, and IS NOT incomplete or "rushed". Sure there are bugs here and there, it's not perfect. To those who are ****ing about that: have you written program code? Do you have any idea how complex the coding of this game is? There's a reason it took a TEAM of developers, and not just one or two people, to make Mass Effect 3 from concept to a Live product.

From what we can tell, BioWare is open to what's being said. They gave us ME1 and 2 (and other BioWare franchise games), which we enjoyed. They are listening to us. So how about let's wait and listen to what they have to say.

I will never be over it. The current ending is an atrocity and needs to be nuked from orbit.

Not over it. Normally I am getting over bad things quite fast, but in this case, I want to play ME3 more often, but until the ending becomes... well... an ending and not a Stanley Night Kubramalan mixture with a Roman Polanski touch of who knows what, I can't bring myself to relaunch the game - not even the multiplayer...

Not at all.

If BioWare chooses to do nothing, then so be it. But I'm not going anywhere until they decide.

"Over it" simply means likely never playing the trilogy again, and I'm not willing to concede to that yet.

I'm over it in the sense that I no longer have a fusion like core of hatred burning away inside of me... now it's like a dull ember that I can walk around without noticing till I check out BSN and blow on it, stoke it a bit.

I will never accept these endings as legitimate.

Am I upset and unable to sleep over it anymore? No. I feel more level headed and am able to focus on other things now as well as the endings, but...my official stance is that I'm still dissapointed about it, will always be dissapointed, and am hoping that indoc theory ends up being true when the DLC comes out.

I think you can give up the "rage" and function on a normal day to day level without giving up your stance that the ending is bad. My two credits.

We know man, most of us wouldn't care to complain if we didn't love them game (bar the last 5 mins).

Some people have started to pick apart other aspects of the game yes but thats because they need something else to vent their disapointment onto rather than just the ending.

Make no mistake the large majority love 99% of ME3.
