It's pretty much destroyed my motivation to play any videogame.

The day I'm over it is the day that Bioware can kiss goodbye to any more of my money.

Yep. We are here because we still love this series. When we get over it (and it will happen, sadly), not a single penny for Bioware anymore.

I Played ME1 a couple of different ways when it first came out
Then when ME2 came out and saw how choices you made in ME1 effected ME2
I went back and played ME1 some more to see how ME2 would change
Both games complimented each other and it was fun to see the changes

In Preparation for ME3 I played ME2 different ways to see how it would effect ME3
But when ME3 came out and I got to the end
I now longer had any desire to play 1 or 2 again
because it really doesn't matter and besides that ME3 forces you to play only one way
if you want to collect enough war assets to get close to the (Ha Ha) better ending
without playing MP

So to answer you question. Yes I guess I am over it because I really don't want to play it anymore
and I am also not looking fwd to any future ME game series they may come out with.
Trust is a funny thing and i just don't have it anymore.

Not over it at all, I play MP with friends a lot, and a friend, and my daughter are both playing the story (they know the ending is bad; but until they experience it, they won't quite know how bad) and I am preparing for the time when they finish.

I am struggling to finish my 2nd playthough on ME3, I have done ME & ME2 each 7 times and this lack of closure in ME3 still gets to me.

Not over it.

This. I haven't played one since. I did pop back ME3 and replay that last Citadel section to see if I had seen it correctly. Unfortunately, I had.

There aren't even any amazing new games to break me out of this anti-gaming mood coming soon (at least not to my knowledge). I'm getting pretty close to giving up on BioWare though. PAX will dictate alot for me, I think.

Definitely not over it.

Still hoping for some sort of DLC.

I still love Mass Effect and will replay the series at some point regardless, but I'd be much more psyched to do that if I knew a new ending awaited me.

That should be fixed to add "Bioware". I still find interesting games with better plot and endings, just lack the presentation of ME3 due to their small size budgets.

I'm pretty much numb to it at this point. I've finished the game twice. The second time I was irritated but not as angry as the first time. I'm on a third game atm, about to head back to Earth, and I'm just...sad, I guess? Or maybe listless?

I don't have much hope that whatever Bioware is planning is going to make up for what I felt the first time I saw the ending. So yeah...listless.

I don't think I'm over it...

Although I doubt they'll fix it in a proper manner, I still hope they'll do something about it just so I can replay the whole series without feeling it's a waste of my time.

I'll wait for whatever happens at PAX, then I'll see. Back to Skyrim, I guess.

I would like to continue loving Mass Effect. But it gets easier to play the game again.

I'm not over it,  but I've learned to wait a while. If Pax East comes and no news, I'll get riled up again.

I managed to replay the first two... and it just made me realize that there are more major problems with ME3 other than the ending. :(

The only way I'll get over it is if I stop caring about Mass Effect, and I'm not ready to let that happen yet.

Not so much 'over it', just after repeated playthroughs I've come to the conclusion that most of the game is so crap that in my head the series ended with ME2.

Patience is not acceptance.

I think the point that I'm over the eponymous 'it' will also be the point you can guarantee I'm over the game.
Not interested in DLC, tie ins, etc.
When will that happen?
Will it happen?
Lets see how PAX goes.

I think the dark shadow it left hanging over the whole trilogy has lifted somewhat, the endig itself still sucks big time though.

I'm close to the acceptance phase but I still hope Bioware can win their fans back at PAX. Otherwise, there is always Bethesda and Rockstar. Skyrim, the inevitable Fallout 4, GTA V, Halo 4 are games I'm looking forward to. I'll be extremely disappointed with Bioware if they do nothing, but I won't necessarily go into the depression stage I had after I beat it. I can move on, but I wish I didn't have to. I wish Mass Effect 3 would of ended in a way that was victorious and uplifting, and I would sit back in my chair, put my controller down, and just reminisce as the credits rolled. I will hold the line, I will vote in polls, I will donate to charity, I will argue, for as long as it takes, and if Bioware does nothing, then expect nothing coming from me to them since I'm not a fan of Dragon Age. I will remember this community though, I will never forget this past month. We were called entitled whiners, we were placated by CEOs, we were mocked for expecting more then what we got, yet we still hung together. If all else fails, I will retain this good memory, and block out all the rest. Keelah Sa'Lai

Not over it yet, I still want to see an ending worthy of the series. If it continues on too much longer, I'll probably get to that point. But I guarantee that if it reaches that point, not only will it take my passion for ME, but it'll take my passion for Bioware as a whole. Right now, I'm still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt in the future, especially if they come out with some kind of fix. Even if it is just "clarification". Even if it's a bad fix, it will show that they are willing to do something. In that case, i would be wary of buying in the future, but not opposed to it. If they just wait it out with a bunch of lip service, then that would really be the last I purchase from them.

No, for me it's accurate as written. I can't find any joy in playing any videogame right now. It's not their fault, but I can't.

It doesn't affect me anymore if that's what you mean. However, I'm not giving bioware another cent unless the endings are fixed.

I've never been truly angry about the ending, I was always much more unhappy about the lack of impact that your decisions had on the game. But not in a light-the-pitchforks-and-sharpen-the-torches kind of way. ME3 continued the downward trend of my esteem for the overall writing in this game series. ME1, in conjunction with Marketing Hype™, created unrealistic expectations, and it was a bummer to have those expectations dashed. But in retrospect, I was a fool to get my hopes up and believe the hype. Ah blame mahself. Won't happen again, at least not with this particular company. :/
