I don't have the game or a book infront of me, so it's not complete. And I forget if camoflage ends if you attack while under it or not. But basically, this guy could camoflage, fling dark channel on an enemy, biotic charge it to detonate it, use nova to blast the area and detonate again against whoever it jumped to, then shockwave the survivors, cloak, and reposition himself for another go. Or, he could cloak, overload shields, and then sabotage other systems to allow turrents or synthetics to attack targets while they are weakened, all without them knowing where he is or even what happened in the first place. If camoflage ends when an act is used, just do the same things but use camoflage at the end to hide rather than at the beginning to sneak attack.
And there you will have a biotic tech assassin that specializes in sneak attacks and turning enemies' strengths against themselves.

Powers:

-Warp
-Overload
-Incinerate

Bonus Power:
I'd go with either "Warp Ammo" or "Armour Piercing Ammo."
Melee:
If I had to pick I'd go with the Soldier melee animation. But Engineer and Vanguard are are good too, so is Sentinel.
