I've been charged for my vault order, infact, I was charged in February. The vault has been pushed back at least twice now. I thought I was going to get it in March, then I thought I was going to get in the first of April. Is the end of April really the best we can expect? I would cancel the order and get my money back but its already out of stock. This is just kind of disappointing. Any news or why it has been pushed back so far would be appreciated.

Bard : An email was sent on March 13th to every customer who ordered the vault explaining the delays. The truck carrying the items had an accident, and the items had to be re-manufactured.
The most recent update we have had has told us that we should receive the item during the 2nd week of April, and we'll begin shipping them as soon as they arrive.
If there is anything else that I can help you with, please let me know.

The sad thing is..I preordered the PS3 vault from BIoware and then pre-ordered the 360 vault from the calibur11 store a week later...I'm loving my 360 vault on my 360 now...where in the world is the PS3 vault at?

I'm seeing that the item is no longer on Bioware's store. Not even listed as out of stock; it's gone. I ordered mine on 3/27 on Bioware's store. Was told in an email that they would receive them first week of April then ship them out.
Now, I checked Calibur11's site, and theirs says delayed until August. If I don't get mine in April, I'll be very disappointed and probably just get my money back. I would really like clarification from someone on when my order will be fulfilled. I'm guessing that because I ordered mine on 3/27, I may not get mine due to them having to fulfill the orders before mine. This is frustrating lol

Amen to that! We'll just have to check with customer service in a week or two if we don't get an email about it shipping out by then.

Same here, never got the delay email, my junk folder must be hungry...
Anyway just checked my order, it is still showing pending fulfillment...

I still have not, and I would really like to have an update as to whether they've even gotten them yet. Can't ship them if they don't have them lol

I've emailed support again to find out any updates on the status of shipment of these units. Can anyone on these forums confirm anything right now? I'm just wondering whether the Bioware store has even gotten these vaults in yet. I really don't want to have to ask for my money back.

**Scratch that - Got my refund. It would have been a neat item to have, but it was an impulse buy anyway and I can definitely use the extra cash! What a bummer, but probably for the best!

can you please let us know if you have any more news regarding the item. i just saw that the estimated ship date on store website wa pushed back again, now is mid May estimated, was the ship date for the original batch or secondary runs?

you actually got a email status update??? man you are lucky, I never got any update from them and now the order system is still mess up and I still can't see my order to at least know the status.
they are trying very hard to make me never wanna buy from them again and to be honest they are REALLY successful at doing it.

I only got word from a support case email line I had going. I was inquiring about getting a refund, and then was told I could cancel my order, but that the items were supposed to be shipping that coming Friday (which was last Friday).

The old site shows my order made on2/19/12 the new site shows no order. I'm not getting any emails about this. Some info would be nice.
