I kind of understand where she's coming from. I mean, I've felt for Bioware since this all blew up, they are responsible for my favourite series of gamed since Capcom lost the plot with Resident Evil, but the whole thing is a powder keg right now and tarring everyone who disliked the ending with the same brush is going to stir up an already volatile situation.

I agree. I think it's important however to distinguish between those who were involved in the game's creation (who admittedly have made mistakes of their own) and those who's sole responsibility is that of liasions between us and them who have been the cause of so much frustration on these forums.

It's very difficult to openly apologize, especially on the internet when you're exposed to a greater population of people. The instinct to dig in, or "double down", and defend yourself is an extremely hard thing to fight sometimes.

I give her props for doing so.

No, divisions are to be expected and embraced. We are different people with different ideas. We're bound to disagree and debate regardless of the overall quality. It would have just been reversed. The people who liked the ending would have massively outweighed the ones who didn't. That doesn't inherently make it a "better" division though you could say it's better that more people enjoyed the end.

What sucks is that there are unfortunately people who don't know where to draw the line, on both sides of said divisions. Many of which never even recognize they are one of the ones who took it too far out of passion, anger, or love.
