 In Vancouver, when you find the two Alliance soldiers, one of whom has his leg stuck under the grid, you will have to fight off 3 Cannibals.

I have used the ability Dark Channel on one of them, and focused on the other two.  After finishing off the three cannibals, the red paranthesis form around anderson for a brief moment but disappears.    I am unable to talk to Anderson to continue with the game.

I tried again without Dark Channel and staying close to the two soldiers, and was able to continue by activating the red paranthesis around Anderson quickly before it disappeared again.

I have a save file right before this event and can provide it if required.

Platform: PC (Origin)
Imported ME2 Character (soldier)
Chose Vanguard as class during character creation.
- Spent points in various abilities as soon as I got control of Shepard
- Chose Dark Reave as a bonus power.

The first time I wasn't able to proceed, I did a Quick Save and then a Quick Load to see if that would fix it.  It did not, so I restarted from an autosave.  It did not work as well.  I created a save (Save_0001.pcsav - more for my memory than relevancy to the issue) and tested a bit more.

I am unsure if this is related to Dark Channel or not, but from my observations it appears to be.  I thought at first it was Lift causing a Cannibal to fall in the water or out of sight (but still alive), but that didn't seem to be the case after further testing.  Incinderary Ammo was utilized in all attemps.

If there is any other information required, please let me know.
