Been getting this error all day and it seems to happen more so in the higher waves. It's complete crap since my discs are clean and installed onto the hard drive.
Anyone else getting this?
Disc is unreadable (Installed to HD)

yep- just started getting today- and only with disc one for some reason. And just a tip- don't bother w/ the EA help people- I've talked to five different ones. They're all clueless and difficult to understand.

Look on your HD's voor corrupted data in your avatar folder, delete it.
Also delete the ME3 demo if you still have it.
These two steps solved the issue on my xbox.

I've had that same issue lately too. Went ahead and deleted the demo, because I saw someone had done that, but I haven't been able to get back online, as I can only play on weekends. Should it work better now, I'll try to remember to tell ya

Can you explain better? My problem is that the game freezes constantly ... every hour on average. Install the disk is useless, the other videogames all work perfectly. You think it's a problem of corrupted avatar? How did you delete it? Thanks

Got somewhat of a simular problem only my xbox isn't able to read disk to like 90% of the time.
Tried the deleting of the demo and corrupted avatar stuff aswell as any other corrupted save files.
Tried all the options that xbox gives you (clean the disk, delete latest system update that sort of thing) and still got nothing.
Got of the phone with EA and they are telling me to send my collectors edition back along with 5 euro's and they'll send me a new package.

I had the same problem when I had to change discs. Try cleaning your cache. That did the trick for me.

There where a few threads about an issue with the two avatar-items from ME (helmet and omni-blade). On many consoles they are corrupted, look through the folder on your Harddisk where avatar-items are stored. If you can't find the blade and helmet but instead corrupted data, then delete it. (items can be retrieved without additional cost when customizing your avatar).
