Female but the first character I brought through the games is male. He's probably what I'd consider my "canon" Shep and romanced Liara in the first game then romanced Jack in the second. I have another male shep and about 4 female Sheps. I just like playing a variety of different characters and their gender doesn't mean too much to me, really. Though I admit I do really like being able to play as a decent female character and save the universe

Female IRL, FemShep, and romanced Garrus. (Liara in ME1, but that's ancient history.)

Girl in real life, and my main Shep is also female. Romanced Kaidan in ME1, no one in ME2, continued the Kaidan romance in ME3. My first ever Shepard was a dude though, I consider him my secondary Shep. I run through the game with him first to see the results of any choices (in case I accidentally mess up what I want out of my playthrough), then go through the game more thoroughly with my "canon" FemShep.

Yeah Garrus...I actually am not a fan of him believe it or not. I don't hate the guy or anything like that, he is funny. "This one feels like a flower" that was great, But for me he just is kinda there and I ignore him most of the time...

I will say that I like Garrus a lot more than femshep tho. ;p

MaleShep, romanced Ashley ME1, Miranda in ME2 and Miranda in ME3...

I'm happy with Liara's friendship role in ME3... although I thought she'd try to ninja my maleShep while he's with Miranda.  Still not sure about the "gift" though. 

Facepalmed with Shepard said to Liara's father about... "Nobody touches my girl." Slaps Shepard. Miranda's your girl, idiot. Don't let Miranda hear that.

Sigh. Auto-dialogue at it's finest.

Second, MaleShep romanced ME1 Liara never finished her import into ME2... nor ME3. But the romance scene on Youtube looked pretty sexy.

Third, FemShep, romanced Kaidan, Didn't finish in ME2. Would probably romance Garrus or Thane... Jacob was *different* and glad I didn't from what happened in ME3. FemShep sounded to much in heat when talking with Jacob.

I'm female, and I have 3 female Shepards and 1 Male Shepard. I've only brought two femsheps into ME3 so far. Not sure if I'll ever bring my male shep.
