I vote Male/Male which was my first character, but I played 2 males and 2 females characters and do not favor one over the other, both fun to play.

I'm a guy and I roll femshep exclusively, because I like seeing an attractive avatar when I play, and Jennifer Hale is such an awesome and inspiring voice actress.

Jennifer hale does an amazing job, and it's always cool to see a sci-fi saga that centers around a woman who is actually treated seriously and with some restraint. I'm big on having heroines in games in general tho.

My first Shep was Female, and am currently trying to make it through with one of my many Males, but the ending is limiting my desire to replay. I don't have a favorite per se, and will play male or female as I feel like it. Only thing is, I can't seem to make myself romance a male character, so.....

I am a dude, and I played ManShep. I always pick male as my main character because I can relate to him better than if I play female. Also I always become lesbian if I play woman, I know, i know I am a dirty man.

In MMOs I could never play female, as i talk to real people I feel I represent myself in a wrong way. In singleplayer I usually have my main character play like I would, I choose like I would etc. Other characters I try to develop different personalities, if there are choices like in ME.

I was going to do a complete renegade femShep when ME3 came out, but don't feel like it anymore. First ME I wont replay, which is sad.

Playthrough? One playthrough? Who plays an RPG only once?

My first ME3 playthrough was with a female Shep. She was the most interesting Shep I had after ME2. Also, she was my only Infiltrator, and I'm a sniper at heart.
