I ask because it seems odd in hindsight that Bioware's ended every public statement made for the last several weeks with some version of the line:
"We assure you, we're listening."
And it seems odd because there's never been much confusion on that issue. Retake ME and the less passionate but never the less displeased customers that've been demanding some kind of information know full well that they're being listened to. The fact that pompous and dismissive game journalists have been telling us we're idiots from day 1 stands as proof that people know about us. Besides which almost the entirety of the feedback you've been getting is all posted up on facebook/twitter/this forum, all of which are public access and all of which you're constantly monitoring for pertinent information anyway.
So whether or not you're listening is not now nor has it ever been an issue. What people are curious about is: WHAT are you going to do to address people's grievances, and WHEN are you going to do it?
Just to clarify. Y'know, in case you're confused as opposed to just to just thinking we're all drooling idiots >.>
Anyone remember asking if they were "listening"?
