Bug tested only in multiplayer since I don't believe shepard can evolve talents to increase stability.

The turian veteren evolutions that increase weapon stability (maxed at 55%) combined with an assault rifle stability damper V (increases stability by 70%) will cause assault rifles to recoil in reverse, causing each successive shot to be lower than the one prior. This makes it very difficult to aim unless the mod is removed, and since the mod is more effective than the talents, those talents are undesireable.
