They didn't find a long lost Reaper off button. They built one and it required a lot of sacrifice to use it.

That you can say this without sarcasm worries me.

Don't know why I keep coming here. The more I read the madder I get at BW for conning me out of my money.

But it's totally different. In one you find it. In the other you only find the plans. You still have to make it which is really hard. Your decisions make it. If you don't decide on stuff it won't get made!

I really can't think of another set of devs that lie right through their teeth as casually as BioWare. At least when Molyneux does it, he poses his BS as a potential thing you may expect.

Just when I think I'm slowly creeping to acceptance, I get pulled right back to blood boiling rage.

And some people wonder why the catch phrase "LioWare" has been doing the rounds lately. Oh, give this article a read. Ignore the title and it's a good one that points out the many problems with ME3 quite nicely. Very well written and thought out.

That reaper off button did lead to plenty of good speculation however. Lets not forget that.

I saw earlier today a thread (in the no spoilers section) about possible legal action against EA/BioWare for a stitch and bait scam they may have pulled with the consumers of this game if they charge for a download that finishes the story. With these comments I wonder if false advertising could be added in to the fire?

It does make me wonder just what version of Mass Effect 3 did we get compared to the one they made/played and when are they releasing the actual game?

My theory, the BioWare Mass Effect 3 developers and staff were indoctrinated by EA. It’s the only reasonable explanation why we went from what sounded like a decent game to this crap, especially with the ending we got.

This is very, very hard swallow.

So... So they knew EXACTLY what we wanted... And went on record telling us that that was what we were going to be paying (in my case 85 dollars) for... And then gave us the exact opposite of that?!

But they focused pretty much all of their slipup ray on the ending! The most vital, important part! The reason you play ANY of the games!

Just... Grrrrrr... May 1000 origami cranes descend upon your house, BioWare. 1000 cute, red green and blue origami cranes.

You know, BioWare shouldn't listen to us, they should listen to THEMSELVES.

Seriously BioWare, you know that stuff you were talking about, make THAT.

This kind of thing is seriously upsetting. I know things can change drastically during the development process, but these just seem like blatant lies in retrospect.

@ sammysoso

Uh huh. They did that and got the firestorm that came with the ending debacle, Tali photoshop pic debacle, and the broken fan/consumer trust and confidence they once had.

Can you even imagine how much better things would be if we were getting messages like:

"Hey guys, things didn't turn out as planned, short version: We're sorry"

instead of

"Hey guys, the critics loved it, but since you can't figure this art crap out, we'll try to throw you a bone here soon, okay?"

really interested in GameInformers' stance: one of these?
1. Bioware lied.
2. Developers can change ideas any time, so please ignore our previews and interviews.

I never know whether to laugh or grimace reading these kinds of blatant fallacies.
Did they really imagine they'd get away with it unscathed?

I'm pretty sure they thought "nobody will check the game files!"
