Arguments such as this one always make me knit my brow. If, for example, an interview says "you won't find a reaper off button" and the game includes a "reaper off button" and someone complains that we were told that there wouldn't be this thing and there is this thing, the counter-argument that people are just complaining that they didn't get a happy ending seems to miss the point to the degree that it seems deliberate.
Why would someone do something like that deliberately?
