I was trying to find my copy too a while back & couldn't. Wasn't there something about playing multiple characters? It had a list of squadmates that were playable Ashley, Garrus, Vega ect. I thought that was a great idea & was really bummed that it didn't make it into the game.

Has he completely lost touch with reality? How is it that you claim this as your plan and then go on to make what became ME3?

I can understand not everything turning out the way you originally intended, but this description doesn't even sound like the same game.

Even though it is very disapointing that a lot of what was said turned out to not be true I think it is a bit far to call them lies. This was still with a long time left in the development cycle. Things probably changed in their minds, although I can't say for the better.

Ha.. Great find, more pre-release statements that they conveniently forgot about it seems. There's more in this thread social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/10056886.

Would it have killed them to take more time to make ME3 a proper end to the trilogy, and actually deliver on their promises? Like, six months, or a year. The wait would have been better that what we have now.

And they didn't even explained/apologised why the end result is a complete opposite of what was promissed/described, at least as far as I know. I'm talking about a clear statement that it will be in no way like "A, B, C".

If you make a promise and you call it a promise, and then you willingly fly in direct opposition of that promise, you turn that promise into a lie.

Considering that not only did whatever he promised not come true, but whatever he said wouldn't happen DID in fact happen.. this may be the case.
