Not everyone here "being defensive" is gay. Some of us are just here because we're tired of seeing homosexuality being treated like a contagious disease that needs to be quarantined.

Interesting ...but where exactly have i claimed that you were being defensive because you were Gay?  Besides the OP never said anything that suggested to me he was Anti Gay he merely said that he does not want Garrus or any of his existing crew members who were not Gay in the previous games to turn and there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that .

Hmm. Maybe I took your post the wrong way? But I thought you were saying that everyone was being defensive about the OP's views because we we're all asking for the existing characters to turn gay. I assumed this meant you thought most people posting in response were gay (I don't see why people would ASK for these changes if they weren't and didn't intend to act on them).

Anyway, I do think the original post is offensive. Asking for not all characters to have a homosexual option since not everyone in real life is gay is to me, like asking for not all Shepard designs to have the option to be black because not everyone in the real world is black. You can say you like black people all you want but the fact that you can't just let people choose their skin color because you feel it harms your story in some way is... disturbing. No one is saying the OP doesn't have the right to have an opinion. I just happen to think his opinion is hurtful to others.

I'm With Unit Alpha on that one. That is not a reasonable concern because it's not going to happen, it was never hinted at happening, and thus everyone should probably stop worrying that it will happen. Although it would be awesome for BroShep and Gar-Bear to have their own sparring match  One has the reach, the other has the flexibility, bow chicka wow wow
