As I was playing through ME3, I was imagining the things I'd try in my other playthroughs, see what happens if Wrex dies, with Liara as my LI and such.

I no longer had those feelings after completing the game.

You're not alone. After witnessing the ending, I don't have the desire to replay any game in the trilogy again.

I also was looking forward to playing the whole trilogy from start to finish, but right now I just can't.

Please let there be good news on Friday.

Yes, I hope everyone can rejoice once BioWare announces their plans for DLC and fixing the ending. Now I'm excited about that. Hopefully, they won't let us down a second time.

Even playing MP doesn't feel the same to me anymore. Last night I played for the first time in weeks, and I didn't want to promote my level 20 characters because I didn't want to grind back up to 20 all over again. I don't think any game ending has ever had such a negative effect on me, and I've been playing video games for well over 20 years. It's rather unfortunate.

I tried to replay again, since I didn't even do a love interest really. Barely got off Mars before feeling bored.

Still won't be buying "Real ending DLC" or anything like that. Like I've said before, I paid for the full game (Actually, I paid for the CE) and I'm sick of being nickle and dimed.

Honestly the fact that there will be at least some change has made it worse than the ending itself. I'm waiting for a couple DLCs to strike out again.

The main appeal to playing ME1 and ME2 over and over again was to see how those little changes would carry over to the next game. But the ending showed that no matter what you did, it has little to no effect.
I don't even want to play the old games again due to this conclusion. Even if it was one little cut scene difference then it would be worth it, but well it is what it is.

I have zero desire to ever play any ME game again.

Which is incredible, since it was, until recently, my favorite series of all time.

I just started ME 1 again so I can feel like I actually accomplished something.

I Played through all three games again for a second time (third time for ME2) after witness that trainwreck of an ending.   Even went out of my way for do 100% for all three games.   It was kind of cool knowing the out come of what decisions mattered and what others bioware threw out the window.  Thinking about doing all three  again as a chick shep and on instanity

I planned on going back to ME1 and starting anew (perhaps with a few save edits or something), but I just can't see the point right now. Currently toying with The Show and catching up on some research. I am jonesin' for some ME.

I've finally started playing through as my unlikable Renegade Shep who gets quite a few people killed, including his LI, and goes for Control in the end.

Playing in this fashion, the sting isn't that bad. As a Paragon who got everyone out alive and loyal on the SM and is kicking ass all over the galaxy in 3, the foreboding doom just can't be shaken.

Even working through a bottle of rum right now can't compel me to start up again. Instead I am browsing these forums and reading some Brian Greene. Nowhere near as fun.

I haven't been able to really turn the game back on since I beat it... I tried a little Multiplayer, and played another ending, just to see if I'd feel better. But I just keep staring at the green Xbox case on my desk and sighing.

I currently have no desire to play a second play through at all, or the multiplyer either. I just feel that there is no reason put any effort into it when I know the ending will just flush it all down the toilet. Such a shame as I replayed one and two tons of times =(

Eh. I just started a new Infiltrator build in ME1 that im gonna bring over. Hopefully by the time I get to ME3 (I want to get him to lvl. 60) the situation with the ending should be finalized.

No desire to play again. If they do release something for the end, I'm gonna see what other's think before getting it. I'm getting old and I won't get my heartbroken again if I can avoid it.

I haven't been able to play ANY videogames since playing the ending. All I feel when I think about other games is apathy. Was THAT their strategy all along?!

As I've said elsewhere. I find myself with the will to play ANY game sapped.

You see I planned to spend my gaming time for a good long while playing Mass Effect, completing 3, replaying 3, then replaying the whole trilogy. My eyes lit up in anticipation as the moment I had waited for for 5 years came to pass, the end of the trilogy and then... well, you know the rest.

With that plan dashed to pieces I find myself in a void, gamewise. The time I'd spend gaming is instead spent here, and nothing seems worth playing. I'll get over it, but still, it's rather sad.

^ This is very much how I feel. I tried playing ME1 but did not get very far, A friend of mine is still playing ME3 over and over to try and unlock the "good" ending...and I didn't have the heart to tell him that they are all the same....but he invited me to play MP with him, and I tried, but I normally don't like MP in RPGs (White Knight Chronicles being an exception for me) to begin with and I just couldn't get into ME's MP since it's all so pointless anyway. I only played one round and then went back to reading the book series I bought.

Aw well. I loved Mass Effect, It ended horribly badly and I have no interest in playing any ME content ever again....but  I still have really fond memories from back when Bioware cared. ME coulda been one of the best Sci-Fi franchises ever created...with ME3 out, it's not...but it was still fun initially.
