I discovered that my ME3 cannot detect ME2 saves on my PC.

Now in the GamerSettings which is located in Bioware -> Biogame -> Config. There is this:

The save games slot is always empty. Even if I manually try to copy the location in and save the file, the next time I launch game it suddenly goes back to empty again.
