Well that's cool. Clarifying what happens to my squadmates while I'm on the Citadel was pretty much all I've needed. If you've been expecting Bioware to remake the whole ending in less than a month, it's your fault for deluding yourself.

I wont (And I'm pretty sure most people wont) be buying any DLC for this game, (or series) since EVERYONE dies at the end.

Again, the DLC will be free.

Well, i'm from mexico and i don't believe more than half the crap that newspaper publishes, honestly, reforma is a newpaper that always sides with the corporations.

Besides, EA latinamerica is as disconnected from USA as Sony latinamerica (which is a lot).

Technically speaking using the dream or indoctrination theory IS to better "explain" the ending.....they are just lying because they can't admit they always planned to release the real ending as DLC. This is like when they promised the ending would tie up all loose ends and have variety and on and on and on.....it's a blatant lie.

Still, it's not news.....BioWare has said the same long ago before they went dead silent. I doubt the dude actually knows a single thing(he's an EA employee, how could he?) so he's just parroting what the real EA(US) and BioWare said.

NOT news.

All the hysteria over nothing is getting borderline sad/scary. PAX is in a few days, if you can't wait till then, then why are you even here? A lot of the "no more money from me EVAR" posts are starting into bitter ex-boyfriend territory too, telling everyone you're over it when your presence strongly suggests otherwise. Have some patience, and likely we'll get a solid answer soon. These forums are getting seriously scary.

^ This. My verdict on this Bio fiasco will be in few days.

I agree, we wait for the officla statement from bioware. Hearing it in a Mexican newspaper...I dunno, doesn't seem legit.

Just wait.. If Bioware continues to ignore their fanbase than they don't deserve any more money from them.

Sooo much denial in this thread. They've said this soo many times allready.

Yea, it sounds like a stupid move to expand on them. Because it won't statisfy the starchild haters and at worst will ****** off the people who allready liked the ending. Having something retarded explained to you might help people see just how retarded it is.

But then again, this is coming from the people that brought you the Mass Effect 3 ending to begin with.

Waiting to hear from Bioware directly, I have zero trust in a latin newspaper.

If they decides to pound another nail into the coffin that is Bioware, then so be it.

pretty much what we have heard already, BW isn't going to "change" the ending they are going to clarity it, ie explain it and hopefully fill in the plot holes

As Smudboy said - he didn't think they could provide a worse ending than Arnie Reaper - but they have done it. It's just baffling. So many unanswered questions.

Unless a top exec from Bioware Montreal (Casey Hudson, Mike Gamble, Ray Myuzka etc) comes out and explicitly say "We are not releasing any new ending DLC" then I'll take Mr Gonzalez's advice as yet more speculation.

People are forgetting, too, that a DLC following Shepard after the Destroy ending (if you got the "Shep breathes" cutscene) isn't changing the ending. It's just an extension. So even Bioware saying "We're not changing the ending but adding clarification/closure" still leaves the door open for such an extension.

Seriously though, BW has clearly been listening, and even if they're not adding additional endings, they are trying to provide closure and clarification at the very least. Some people in here should probably wait for PAX at least before they get their knickers in a twist.

Pretty much. So much in the ending makes no sense in the form of TIM and the Catalyst, the choices are fine but even they are not properly explained.

Don't know about you, but mine fled like cowards to a jungle planet, seems pretty clear to me that Joker said screw this, I'm taking the girls, we're outta here!

Well, this just ruined my day. No matter how much clarification we get, the Catalyst will be a dues ex machina device that introduces a dozen plot holes. I told people we couldn't relent when B&EA said they'd release ending "clarification" DLC. Spread the word and hold the line.

Nothing to clarify, it's just a BAD ending. You can't clarify space magic.

I wait after the Pax, if nothing happens i move on by not buying anything they have. It will be easy for me, because Batman Arkham City could have a story DLC and i f***ing love batman.

I'll wait for PAX - I do not see any reason to judge yet anything.
Beside I always said I <3 ME3 - even if the endings are unlogical and too similar.
Its a bit disapointing that nothing matters what you have decided before.
But 10 minutes of a game can not ruin the whole fun I had with this series.

Agreed. Honestly, I'd rather wait a few months or so for a proper ending(hell, I'd pay $5-10 for a right proper end) than get the current broken one clarified for me like I don't understand it. I DO understand it, and I understand that it is subpar to Bioware's standards, and exactly what they promised not to do.

My issue with "clarify" is they are saying "you did not get it"; I consider myself a relatively intelligent person, so I'd like to see what masterful stroke of genius clarifies this ending while not hinting that I am too stupid to get it.

I have no idea how to post twitter feeds etc, but this might help you guys:

Dan Doughtry ‏ @dawtree · Close
@masseffect can you explain the forum post saying the Latin EA posted in a newspaper about no new ending dlc, only clarification?

@dawtree If you didn't hear it from an official EA/BioWare/Mass Effect source, I would count it as rumors and speculation.
