While i don't agree with the worst company in the world moniker... i have to say this does look like the first few dashing steps right off the edge and into the abyss of utter crap...tobito113 wrote...

LOL worst company in the world
Bioware seems to taking the steps in that direction, we can still hope they don't... but it really does look like they don't care about fan opinion or even that their games ending makes any sense at all...

@masseffect is just avoiding DLC questions. I don't think it invalidates the Latin America announcement.eddieoctane wrote...
At least it means we can disregard EA Latin America's announcement for now.

I'd be happy with an extension showing what happens to everyone in the long-term and the state of the galaxy in the long-term, unless that's being saved for a future game, then that's cool.

Ah, yes "Space Magic". We have dismissed that claim.

I feel the same way. Clarification is such a joke.

Depends on how its implemented. It's something, if its done wel it might even make other DLC viable to buy.
Ofcourse its better then what we got.
But going from an arrow to the knee to a scratch on the side of you're arm is still not what we are hoping for

Ah yes 'Mass Relays are Space Magic'. We have conveniently ignored this claim

There is an article in today's (2nd April) newspaper Reforma in Mexico about the ME3 ending controversy.
Daniel Gonzalez, director of marketing and public relations for EA Latin America, says that they will release no DLC with a different ending. There will be a DLC to better explain the details of the ending, but the ending will remain the same.
Regarding the future of the franchise, he declared that ME3 was the end of Shepard but not the end of the game, and promised that news about more DLC would be forthcoming in two weeks' time.
I don't think that leaves an awful lot of room for interpretation. For anyone who was hoping for a different ending and not a clarification of the dreadful current one, it doesn't look good.

Reforma does have an article dated April 2nd on their site (and as a PDF too), but you have to be a subscriber to see it. The title is "Exigen mejor final para Mass Effect 3" or "[They] demand a better ending for Mass Effect 3".
Anyone who's already subscribed to the newspaper but doesn't have an online account can make an account for free. If OP could do this and upload the PDF for us or take screenshots of the article, or something...
I couldn't find my subscription number to get in, but I did take a quick picture:
BIOWARE I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! OMG!!! I perordered this game.....
Unless shepard is idoctronated...which is why you cant play him in the next game....or clarifiying the ending means they are going to add more stuff after and before which might help maybe

Some person who no-one's heard of inconjunction with Mass Effect but is employed by EA is asked a question regarding Mass Effect, toes company line as is understandable, BSN erupts into yet another torrent of rage.... at least in Pompeii it was over quicker than this....
Now look, I am the first to acknowledge the internet is a desolate wasteland filled with howling, poop flinging monkey people, immune to logic and reason. BUT.
They could have ended/end this internet madness at any time with simple definative statements and clarifications for peoples questions, instead it's been PR deflection and silence.
Lots of Speculation From Everyone.

Why?
...everyone is dead, team mate are dead, so why i need to play the game again? for to watching them dead again? well, maybe this isn't the last Clarification, but EA and Bioware - You Can Take Away My Choice, But You Won't Get My Respect And Affection Anymore.

Mass Effect 3 DLCs you say? Oh, I'll play 'em gladly! Will I pay for them? Noooooonononononnonono.
Thanks Bioware/EA for making this decision so delightfully easy for me. If you want my money, please deliver!
