5- Battlefield 3, which is same Publisher, same Origin, but different developer has no problem uploading feedback, to the point of excessiveness.

But BF3 has dedicated servers, so maybe they upload data from them, while they have to upload it from the game/clients in ME3, which may cause issues.

Well if you read the details of the event it always addresses the problem with ps3. I wish I could still see the one for operation raptor because it detailed it quite nicely on how they were working things out with Sony to make events available to ps3 users. Not trying to go against you or attack you just stating what I know.
Ok, again, that means nothing. "Problem with PS3" does not indicate what the issue is and why it is taking so long to resolve. You may as well say that it's a problem with the weather ... <_<

The MW series does not have dedicated servers and does the same.

Your trying to find a needle in a haystack if you searching for the reason why ps3 people are having this problem. It is what it is idk what else you want you know there is a problem between the two. Just give it a rest. if they wanted the issue to be public they would've said something already
Nope, i don't need any needles, all I am looking for is an official communication on the issue that is not limited to Technical Limitations.
Don't tell me to give it a rest, i paid the same amount for the game if not more (N7 Edition) as you yet are getting less value for money.
As consumer I want to know why and will not give it a rest until I do or until we are treated equally as promised in many pre launch interviews.

Okay now you are being ignorant. For one you are recieving less? FFS its a couple boxes you still get to play the multiplayer. You still can do everything else anyone else can on the other 2 platforms. Considering this is a big deal over a few packs? The concept is an issue that needs to be resolved I understand that, but being ignorant about is not the way to go. Its like you think they hate you or something. I mean if they could they woudl give you your events.Ew_Tux wrote...

Even if I was affected say it was a Microsoft problem instead of a sony with BW. I mean honestly if they have their reason what can you do? Make a million threads on how you don't like it? Which is why most people dislike the topic because it's made in frustration (which sucks) but then leads to more frustration.
Also I'm not bashing anyone here just trying to get my point across sir
What can i do? I can keep asking and if that annoys other users of this forum then so be it.
I can raise the issue on other forums which I have done, put some more attention to it then just these forums.
Regardless of it's about a couple of boxes or not , PS3 users are being excluded. For some(not me) it meant missing out on possibly getting content that was provided with the Collectors edition.

Bioware is in no way obligated to provide you with a specified answer. They've given the answer they're going to give: 'We'd like to include PS3, but for a number of reasons we can't at the moment, and we're working on that'. Your purchasing of the game doesn't entitle you to the specifics of Bioware's dealings with Sony, technical, contractual, legal or otherwise. Especially if that information would constitute a security risk (which any technical info probably would). Sorry.
Are you trying to justify s**tty customer service?

I'm pretty sure Bioware "intends" to include them. From everything I've read on the forums here it seems to lie more in Sony's hands.

It goes even further than that: contracts between Bioware and Sony may specifically state that the contents of these contracts and informations about services rendered by one party to the other may not be publicized. It's a pretty common clausule for such contracts. So yeah, in that case, "it's technically not possible at the moment" is about all Bioware can say about it. Whether "technically" references the hardware/software being used, or the services available to Bioware is not specified. If the specific data required is not available to Bioware because SOE doesn't make it available, then they can throw any amount of technology against it, but they won't get that data. It's technically not available.Angelus133 wrote...

It isn't ****ty cusomer servive when technically they don't have to do it at all. I look at it this way. they have stated many times they would like to include you PS3 players (lol PSn fails) but due to issues from Sony they can't just yet. This means they're working on it but Sony is being a pain in the butt. Go complain to Sony. Thank you. Sony crappy customer service here all the enraged Mass Effect 3 fans come!Orxnge wrote...

I even got a full refund of the original preorder price so I'm ~£17 better off on the deal. Only downside is having to start over on my gear, but I don't care much about that.

Sony won't allow them for some reason.
Is it about allowing or is it about technical limitations in how PSN works and reports information?
or sony's policy regarding other developers doing promotions on thier network.

"Entitlement" must be a top word these days.

Pretty much. American politics uses the word 50 times a day, so it seems every kid likes to use it now. Of course they all believe it has negative connotations thanks also to US politics.
