I cannot hear the characters voices in cutscenes or conversations. Music can be heard, other sound effects are not.

Had exactly the same problem in MA2 and had no success talking to bioware about it so i'm not wasting money on phonecalls. I'm hoping someone on here can help.

I have a soundblaster audigy card with the latest drivers.
I'm running windows 7 professional 64 bit.

Are bioware programmers not embarressed by putting out sequels without fixing the problems of the previous games? talk about lack of integrity.
