I recieved an Email from her saying to come see her at Purgatory. When I went to the Citadel she wasn't there. I know her email says she'll be there if she's on leave. Is there a set time or after a certain mission she shows up or is this a bug?

Check the Spectre office first. You have to authorize the Grissom students.

Hmm, It's checked off on the terminal, but she's not there. I went and did another mission, about to go back to the Citadel, I'll check then.
