I'll go outside and smoke a few luckies. Then I head back in again and I'll poke the cat to check her response. Then I'll just rant on the forums how godawful it all is.

My trust in Bioware has already been broken. If they show no serious effort to repair this, then they've lost a loyal customer. I may still buy Bioware products in the future, but I will never pre-order again. I'll just wait a year and buy used / $10 sale games if they get good customer reviews.

To borrow from Simon and Garfunkel, I'll:

just slip out the back, Jack
make a new plan, Stan
don't need to be coy, Roy
just get yourself free
hop on the bus, Gus
don't need to discuss much
just drop off the key, Lee
and get yourself free.

You're screwed if those games require multiplayer to access everything in the singleplayer campaign and you don't have a replacement activation code, and/or the games servers are no longer supported so you can't play multiplayer anyway. Then your only recourse would be to mod your save or the other game files, huh.

Greetings fellow flan!

Honestly, I'll probably just let my Mass Effect games gather dust and probably move on. The trilogy was really the only thing that had kept me interested in gaming for the past two years. I'll probably play through the Uncharted series again and say to myself, 'at least these endings make sense'.

The very least I can say is, at least I got to enjoy Mass Effect. No matter how disappointed I was at the ending (I was pacing around and kicking a few boxes), I can at least be content that it didn't go the way of Firefly.

Then my friends and I will make our own sci-fi series, where the player is responsible for the ending they get, with blackjack and hookers!

I'm actually working on a doomsday scenario. If PAX doesn't deliver, my friend and I are working on making a new ending.
When we are done, we will youtube it.

Awesome, if so, make sure you post it here!

I'll just walk away. I may get Dragon Age 3 if Bioware survives before it's release. It's a fat maybe though.

I'm reminded of a line Jack says in ME2:

If you let people get close that just means they need a shorter knife.

We let them into our homes and in our hearts and they betrayed us Brutus style. Consider me gone if they do this.

I may or may not commit spectacular forum suicide to ensure I never come back. We'll see if I really feel like tempting Edmonton Police and the Canadian-US extradition treaty.

I would come on the fourms see if anyone else is trying to convince EA/Bioware to change it again and if not walk away from both EA and Bioware games.

Sell ME3 and say goodbye for good to Bioware.

Sorry, folks, but what you did with the ending is just that unacceptable.

I simply won't buy anything else from BioWare / EA. There are other games coming out this year that will more than distract me from BioWare and the ME travesty. Guild Wars 2 will likely eclipse all else for me anyway.

I'll just... leave I guess. ME is pretty much done for me anyways. I just need new endings for the sake of satisfaction, something that brings a sensible conclusion to all those hours of gaming.

Right now, Bioware's actions at PAX and what they do about the endings simply determine if I would still support them and buy their games...or not.

I have little hope anything will happen... Bioware just announced that their panel at PAX East will be to discuss "Favorite Characters". REALLY!?!?! Doubt this will stay on topic, and I predict that when it derails it will be within the first 5 minutes. I also predict that more than a few will be told to leave or be escorted away. Then within 30 minutes, the Bioware reps will wrap up the panel and leave PAX East entirely. If they don't discuss what the MAJORITY want to discuss, they will find that they have worn out their welcome.

The best thing the crowd could do, if they don't discuss endings, is to turn the backs and walk out silently without asking a single question.

If they have a panel at PAX Prime, I will attend...but their better be news before then...

What will I do? I will continue to not be interested in playing and, more importantly for them, purchasing anything ME related.

Continue my life as usual. It's really not that big of a deal for me. Yeah, I'm a ME fan. Yeah, the endings weren't all that great but I'm not going to continue to be butthurt about it. Still going to play and buy BioWare games, still going to lurk on the forums. Nothing's going to change.

I will not purchase any ME3 DLC or any future BioWare or EA games. I will uninstall Origin and never look back. Because if they do this to one of their flagship products, they can and will do it to any game, and I prefer my games to make sense and not be broken and I don't like being told how foolish I am for wanting a change and I don't like being strung along with false promises.
