How do you upload your character profile? My GT is linked to my EA account and my game has been registered but it's never been updated even though I've been playing since launch. What am I doing wrong?

Provided you are registered properly it should happen automatically.



Did you download the blood dragon armour and the stone prisoner?



You can use these to check if you are registered properly.



Look where it says profile on this webpage.mouse over it then select 'Your registered game promotions'



If your DLC is listed there then you are registered properly.

If it's not listed then something is up.

How the F do you make a character on the CC and upload it? I been trying and it just sits there and says uploading then it times out but still says uploading. So I have no idea if it really is uploading.

You are not registered properly then.

If you used the codes that came in the box the downloads will be listed on that screen.
If they are not then it's possible that your EA account is not linked to your social.bioware.com account.
Maybe you have 2 EA accounts. The one linked to your gamertag is not the one linked to this website.

Thats a common problem only bioware can fix. Unfortunely bioware have been silent on that issue so not sure if or when it will get fixed.

Ok so still no luck with getting my character to appear on the website. Does anyone know if there is any progress in solving this? I know it's not THAT important...but still it would be nice

I can't get my character's profile to show either. It's disappointing because that was the only reason I registered. For some reason my xbox gamer tag is and my DA achievements are showing, but nothing else.



Has anyone found a fix yet?

RadiantRevan try making a new save play it for a bit then delete it im having the same probelm but for some reason the only picture that shows is a save i delete the rest wont show which is odd

Sigh... same problem, characters won't upload. My account is synced up fine. Good Maker, this whole social site thing just REEKS of epic fail.



Bioware, either FIX IT or DISABLE IT.

Do I have to register via computer or can I do on the Xbox360 (I play it on 360). My characters won't show up either on this site . Bioware, please fix this soon. 'Tis wrong to have a feature that won't even work...

yeah my char ive opened ports ive delete ive been online... nothing makes the char image appear.

I seem lucky that it works for me, although characters appear only wearing their standard origin armor... It seems only PC-users get the full "upload-experience".

i completed the game with a mage without it uploading once.. and now nothing uploads.. i can upload new characters from the CC though

LOL, same here man.  i gave up on the CC... seem to be more for the PC users anyway.

I have similar problem. However i did register this 360 game properly, and i have all promotions on my registered game. But, i cant see my newly updated character. I recently finished this DAO twice and im workin on mage and dalish elf.



I think Bioware should fix this problem ><

You can fix this problem by starting over new character- it'll refresh data and allow you to post your own avatar from new character.

This how i managed to get my newest character for this avatar.
