I hope this is the correct forum, I am unused to forum posting.

Anyway, I have purchased and played Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3; Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age: Awakening, and Dragon Age 2. Up until I installed ME3, those were recognized in my forum avatar image, now only ME3 is shown.

Also, I have tried to contact customer support via this site, but my name/pass is not recognized. I would assume (since I am allowed to post here) that I am still recognized, but there might be a glitch in the recognition system. Additionally, when I requested a screen name to be sent to my e-mail, nothing was sent.

Up until now, everything was smelling of roses. Now it's more like petunias, still great, but could be made better.

Origin support seems to respond faster and I hope you'll get what you're looking for.
