So quick question. Did anyone else scratch their heads when they put legion in the AI core and then did the same thing with EVA. I mean these are possibly hostile or openly hostile AIs and the Normandy crew decided to put them so close to their own AI that they can literarly touch it.

I imagine the conversation goes something like this:

Shepard: Look I have a hard time remember which species everyone is so thatswhy we put them in sperate rooms.

Crew Member: But sir its very dangerous to put an unknown AI in the...

Renegade Interrupt

Shepard: Well ho the hell am I supposed it is an AI then. HUH! Oh lets put in the cargo hold. But thats where we keep all the marines and boxes. What are we going to do when I mistake it for a box. WE put it in the AI core because thats where AIs go.
